Okay, so this is pretty neat. I was searching the Web for info for my annual report at IU Southeast (performances, press, and such), and found a podcast of a poetry spoken word and music improv performance I did in October, 2013, for the Subterranean Phrases series at the Decca Restaurant in Louisville, KY.

We had a couple inches of snow here in New Albany, and public schools as well as IU Southeast were closed. Sarah and I both worked from home, if she could really work while her very active son needed attention. So, while she and Theo made a snow chicken, I got to finish a video poetry podcast I’ve been working on – I hope you’ll learn something really interesting about meter and meaning in free verse lyric poetry.
